REGULATION ON THE PROTECTION OF NATURAL PERSONS WITH REGARD TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA AND ON THE FREE MOVEMENT OF SUCH DATA.
CANDIDATE INFORMATION PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 13 OF EU REGULATION 2016/679.

In compliance with Article 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679, we provide you with the information required at the time of collecting your personal data as a candidate.

  1. DATA CONTROLLER

    The company, based on assessments according to Article 37, has decided to appoint a Data Protection Officer whom you may contact to exercise your rights, make a report, or simply obtain information about the processing of your data.   3. CATEGORIES OF DATA PROCESSED
    The personal data collected and processed by the company fall into the following categories:
    Identification data: name, address, telephone, tax code, age, gender, place and date of birth, identity card, driver's license, images;
    Personal data related to education and work history: curriculum vitae, professional skills;
    Data related to family status: dependents and family members.
  4. DATA COLLECTION AND PROCESSING METHODS
    The collection of data sent by the candidates to the Data Controller occurs through electronic and computer means, such as email or the form available on the company's website that allows the submission of a curriculum vitae. Data can also be submitted via mail or in person, always in compliance with legal regulations, rules, and company policies aimed at ensuring data security, confidentiality, availability, integrity, accuracy, currency, and relevance to the purposes described below. The processing will be carried out in accordance with the principles of fairness, lawfulness, and transparency.
    Additionally, any necessary evaluations within the scope of the selection process may require the processing of submitted data, including assessment results, which will be included in the recruitment database as part of the selection process.
  5. DATA RETENTION
    The data collected will be processed for the purposes listed below and will be retained until the conclusion of the specific selection process for which they were collected.
  6. PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING
    Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:
    Execution of a contract of which the data subject is a party or execution of pre-contractual measures taken at the data subject's request pursuant to Article 6, letter b) of EU Regulation:
    Research and selection of profiles;
    Assessment of profiles and professional competencies, management of job applications in response to job offers from Group companies; Establishment, management, and termination of the contractual relationship;
    The provision of data as per point a) is mandatory, and failure to provide them in whole or in part will make it impossible for the Data Controller to achieve the purposes mentioned above.
  7. DATA COMMUNICATION SCOPE
    Data processing will be carried out by individuals authorized to process data within the organization, and the data may be communicated to other companies within the Group. In cases where the recipients process data on behalf of the data controller, they will be designated as data processors through a contract or contractual clauses governing the processing of the data in question, as provided for in Article 28 of the Regulation. In accordance with the purposes of the processing, your data may be disclosed abroad. In such cases, the company will inform the data recipients to ensure that the same data processing rules applied in Italy are maintained.
  8. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
    With regard to the aforementioned processing and the data existing in our archives, you may exercise the rights set out in Chapter III, Articles 15 to 22 of EU Regulation 2016/679, specifically: the right of access (Article 15), the right to rectification (Article 16), the right to erasure (the "right to be forgotten," Article 17), the right to restriction of processing (Article 18), the right to data portability (Article 20), and the right to object (Article 21).
