  3. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING AND LEGAL BASIS
    The personal data you provide will be processed for purposes related to the execution of the contract, including any pre-contractual phase, specifically for compiling registry lists, maintaining accounting records, invoicing, communication by both paper and electronic means, tax compliance, organizational management of requested services, contract execution, appointment scheduling, order processing, deliveries, and bureaucratic obligations related to the requested supply relationship. The data you provide are processed for the following purposes:

    a) To fulfill contractual obligations arising from the contract signed with you and to protect the contractual rights of the data controller. The legal basis for processing is the contractual relationship as provided for in Article 6, letter b) of the European Regulation. b) To fulfill legal obligations as required by legal regulations for tax and fiscal purposes. The legal basis for processing is the contractual relationship as provided for in Article 6, letter c) of the European Regulation. The provision of data is mandatory, and refusing to provide data or objecting to their processing for the mentioned purposes may result in the impossibility of concluding the contractual relationship with you.
  4. DATA RECIPIENTS
    Your data may also be disclosed to third parties for technical and operational needs strictly related to the above-mentioned purposes, particularly to the following categories of individuals:
    a) Entities, professionals, companies, or other structures that we have entrusted with processing for administrative, accounting, and management obligations related to the ordinary course of our economic activity, including debt recovery. b) Public authorities and administrations for the fulfillment of legal obligations or to individuals authorized to access data according to legal provisions, regulations, and community norms. c) Banks, financial institutions, or other entities to which the transfer of data is necessary for the conduct of our company's activities in relation to our contractual obligations with you. d) Suppliers of installation, assistance, and maintenance services for information and telematics systems, and all services functionally related and necessary for the performance of the contract's services.   5. DATA RETENTION PERIOD We will keep your data in a form that allows identification for a period not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which the data were collected. Therefore, they will be stored for the duration of the existing contractual relationship and not exceeding 10 years from the termination of the contract (Article 2946 of the Italian Civil Code on prescription). Data strictly necessary for tax and accounting compliance, once the purpose for which they were collected has ceased, will be retained for a period of 10 years, as stipulated in Article 2220 of the Italian Civil Code.
  6. DATA TRANSFER The data controller does not transfer personal data to third countries or international organizations.
  7. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT At any time, data subjects have the right to access their personal data, request correction, update, and deletion. It is also possible to object to processing and request limitation. In addition, if you believe that the processing has been carried out in violation of data protection regulations, you have the right to file a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, Piazza Venezia, 11 - 00187 - Rome.
